Risso, in the district of Lince, a company which provides legal services in Peru. We are responsible for processing your data, thus we proceed to explain the conditions under which we will conduct such undertaking.

This document explains the types of personal data we collect about you when you interact both directly or indirectly within our website www.properly.pe, or any other PROPERLY platform or activity. You will also find information about how we use and safeguard your personal data, with whom we share it, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.

When you contact us through our website www.properly.pe or through any of our social media channels, your information will be used to contact you for the development of possible future services.

In case your information has been given to us before, during or after any academic event organized by PROPERLY, your personal data will be used to check for access control, attendance control, issuance of attendance certificates, and other related activities derived from the event.

Finally, before, during and after starting the provision of our services, you will be required to provide us with your personal data so that we can provide you with a suitable and efficient services.

4. WHAT KIND OF DATA DO WE NEED AND WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE IT TO US?

If you contact us through our website, our social media channels or by registering for one of our events, it is essential that you provide us with at least the following information: (i) first and last names, (ii) email address, (iv) telephone number, (v) name of the company you work for, and (vi) your position in the company.

If you are unable to provide us with this information, unfortunately, we will not be able to contact you to offer you our services and/or to allow you to participate in our events.

5. WHAT ARE THE PRINCIPLES GOVERNING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
